David Davies
Chief Executive Officer
David has over 25 years of IT, Technology and Digital experience across a variety of sectors. Following 12 years at Hargreaves Lansdown where David was CIO and instrumental in the introduction of industry standard best practice, digital transformation projects and significant technology change, he left to set up Navos as he could see a gap in the market for a tech partner with practical financial services experience. He was awarded "UK CIO of the Year" in 2014 by Computing.
Claire Tucker
Chief Operating Officer
Claire has 30 years of experience in Financial Services, including 10 years within the Senior IT Leadership Team at FTSE 100 Hargreaves Lansdown. In addition to establishing a complete Business Continuity capability, she introduced several key practices such as ITIL, SIAM and Regulatory Reporting. Using her extensive experience, Claire expertly advises clients on their IT and business operations practices.

Duncan is a technology leader who harnesses his 20 years of varied IT experience to provide clients with inspired service. He has led a number of technology transformation programmes in a highly regulated FTSE 100 financial services company. With specialisms in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, he likes to work with customers to maximise the investment made in their existing technology.
